Don't imagine a classic French bistro. It rather resembles the atmosphere of my favorite Nancy Meyers films. The building is beautiful. It's as if, back in 1929, it had expected itself to become The Villa Bagatelle and to open its doors to those wishing to enjoy the heaven of brunch.
The welcome and the service are youthful and friendly. The French toast with sour cream and smoked cheese is truly divine, as is the avocado toast with turmeric egg. The waffles also fit into the idyllic picture with their light, jelly white chocolate cream, strawberries and a hint of mint. The portions are colorful and generous, yet we have decided to stay after the breakfast and to taste their lunch...
