Although I was born in Budapest, I'm also a ‘Balaton girl’, so I can't help but be biased towards anything related to Balaton. Fortunately, I don't need to be biased to write good reviews about Buborék. Buborék, as a bakery, breakfast and brunch spot, would be perfect in the downtown of Budapest, too. Obviously, the fact that the beach in Csopak is at the end of the street is no little extra, nor is the fact that the premise is also home to a bike shop. I'm not a bike person at all, but I love pistachio croissants and I'm a particular fan of them here. Everything I've eaten here so far has been delicious - the avocado toast, the Croque...
